Absol 097/189 (Alternate Product Printings)

THIS ARCHIVE POST IS FOCUSED ON THE ALTERNATE PRODUCT SET RELEASE. YOU CAN CHECK OUT RELATED CARDS FOR THE NORMAL STANDARD PRINTINGS

In addition to its standard Holo and Reverse Holo releases, Absol 097/189 received two product-exclusive English printings. A Non-Holo version was included in the *Astral Radiance Build & Battle Box*, where Absol appeared as part of the Hisuian Samurott deck group, while a Cosmos Holo version was later released in the *Jirachi V Box*. Both retain the original 097/189 numbering and GIDORA artwork, making their altered foil treatments the primary distinction. The Cosmos Holo is especially notable to collectors for its classic patterned foil, with individual copies sometimes displaying prominent swirls depending on the placement of the foil pattern.
